El Pozo wanted to strengthen its emotional connection with the public during the Christmas campaign through a distinctive and authentic initiative with real potential to generate buzz on Social Media.
Together with their ambassadors, the Murcia band Viva Suecia, the challenge was to go beyond conventional content and create an emotional experience that placed the true protagonists at the heart of the story: the fans.

At Grupo Idex, we turned a Christmas video shoot into a cinematic hidden-camera experience. The band’s biggest fans arrived thinking they were simply recording a holiday greeting, only to be surprised by an unexpected encounter with Viva Suecia, disguised as ElPozo 1954 supermarket employees.
The result was an emotional and authentic brand-entertainment initiative, amplified through an audiovisual case study that transformed every genuine reaction into relevant, shareable content.
