BRIEF
The new international airport in the region of Murcia opens its doors. And, for its inauguration, Aena seeks to generate an institutional event at the height of this milestone and who presides over it: King Felipe VI.
IDEA
Grupoidex developed a specific action protocol that included the development of the event in 3 phases: pre, during and post-event. Specific protocols were developed for welcome, accreditation, hospitality, cloakroom, assistance to guests, protocol assistance, accommodation, public attention, distribution of people in the room and cocktail. We also coordinated all the necessary technical means (lighting, sound and audiovisual projection) for the correct development of the event.
